Getting Started
Our intake process includes these steps:
- 1 Verification of funding: We contact your insurance company and/or Medicaid. If your child does not have a Medicaid number, we can help you apply if you are interested in pursuing that funding option.
- 2 Documentation: We need various documents from your child’s physician and forms from you. We will contact you with a list of needed documents.
- 3 Intake interview: We meet your family and discuss your goals. We’ll conduct an initial assessment to see where we need to go next.
- 4 Treatment plan: We write this just for you. We believe in ongoing revision, so your child’s ABA therapy team will update goals throughout the entire course of therapy.
