Our Services
A Compassionate Approach to Neurodevelopmental Therapy
Our Clients
ABA Services of Colorado accepts clients, ages 18 months through 26 years of age, with a wide range of neurodevelopmental disorders. We work with individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, genetic anomalies, and cognitive disabilities. Our team provides caring help to individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and mental-health dual diagnoses. Medically compromised or fragile individuals are safe with us; we are happy to discuss the unique needs of your child.
ABA Services of Colorado takes a compassionate and data-driven approach to intentional applied behavior analysis through clinic-based services, home-based consultation, and school‑based consultation.
Clinic-Based Services
We offer intentional ABA therapy in our clinic with a team of therapists and BCBAs. Our clinic-based services focus on the reduction of problematic behaviors and provide your child with replacement skills and behaviors. Skill acquisition includes adaptive behavior, academics, communication, daily living skills, social skills, and more. Your child’s ABA therapy team meets weekly to review progress and adjust goals, in order to deliver effective therapy for lasting change.
EARLY LEARNING CENTER
The early learning center (ELC) in Glenwood Springs is a space designed for our youngest learners. The ELC houses our early learning program for children 8 and younger. It is a consistent and structured program, focusing on communication, play, and social skills. A typical day consists of individual therapy, group activities, social activities, opportunities to work on daily routines, and group play in our indoor playground. Each child will work with multiple behavior therapists throughout the week to facilitate the generalization of learned skills.
HOME-BASED SERVICES
We provide targeted intervention and family education appropriate to the home setting. ABA Services of Colorado works closely with parents, schools, and other service providers to create dynamic, fun, and effective therapy. Our in-home services focus on goals developed with the family to target behavior reduction and skill acquisition in the home setting. Skill acquisition includes communication and language-based programming, daily living skills, social skills, and play skills. Your team of BCBAs and highly trained behavior therapists will work with your family to deliver meaningful and socially significant therapy.
SCHOOL-BASED CONSULTATION
We coach and consult with teachers and paraprofessionals to support your child. Our team will work with your child in the school environment, as well as attend, prepare for, and support you and your child at IEP meetings. ABA Services of Colorado collaborates with your child’s school and can provide training to ensure consistent systems across their environments. Our team can also conduct individual education evaluations per Wrights Law.
